Healing sexually exploited girls through adventure.

When young women are sexually abused, it can destroy their confidence and love of life. Silvia Vasquez-Lavado, a humanitarian, mountaineer, explorer, and social entrepreneur, decided to create a foundation dedicated to healing these kinds of traumatic events through mountaineering. I helped create the brand strategy and positioning, name, logo, tagline, website, and all other branding and communications.

From t-shirts to patches to flags, the brand has traveled the world, including the top of Mount Everest in Nepal, when Silvia became the first Peruvian woman to reach the summit in 2016. Fun fact: we had to make a smaller version of the flag as the wind on mountain summits is so strong that a larger flag acts like a sail and can push a person off a mountain.
