Trade Show Takeover

Client: Tele Atlas
Associate Creative Director

 

Situation: Tele Atlas is a leading provider of digital map data. Their data powers navigation devices and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) used in automobiles, delivery-truck fleets, emergency vehicles, etc. To introduce their new state-of-the-art product to a global trade audience, Tele Atlas asked us to create advertising to promote their presence at the industry's largest trade show in Chicago. Not only did we supply advertising, we recommended a complete identity designed to boost their Trade Show presence.

Campaign idea: The fact that the world's foremost hi-tech cartography geeks would be convening in a strange city and tangled in a confusing lair of trade show booths was an irony not lost on us. Our thought - Who better to give them directions than a company whose product is giving directions? We set out to own the navigation of the show.
